Some quick tips on taking Gold Summit classes-Part 3

THE KIDS!

Our Kung Fu Kids program is not only the most effective Martial Arts program for Kids in the Buffalo Niagara Region, but is now being expanded upon because of our new partnership with Confucius Institute at University of Buffalo! If you are NOT a parent, this post may still be of interest to you BECAUSE we are going to start a similar program for adults AND that program may include a trip to China! So read on about the kids, to see what may be in store for anyone attending Gold Summit now and in the future...

Kids learn Chinese Kung fu slowly, properly and with lots of concentration exercises. Balance, jumping ability, flexibility and strength are all trained thoroughly. The kids learn a healthy dose of Chinese philosophy and etiquette. They become proud of their Institute and never become arrogant. There is no stress on defeating other kids in class in sparring, but rather healthy competition in advancement. The kids treat each other like brother and sister, with respect and support. It's truly amazing to see these children from all races and religions come together to train and work hard, achieving results and feeling a sense of belonging. This is a great result that has actually come about from our Teen/Adult programs as well.

And now with our Partnership with Confucius Institute, Chinese language and cultural activities, above and beyond what we already do, will be added to the curriculum!
