Vegan Bodybuilding!

The article below is fascinating. At Gold Summit whether someone eats meat or not is there own choice and we don't push anyone to change. We do, however, recommend a vegetarian diet. Just like the Shaolin monks (the ones that are vegetarian)training in Ba Zheng Dao Kung Fu and Tai Chi yields greater benefits through a vegetarian diet. Though vegan ism is rising in popularity, there are even a few MMA fighters that follow it, it was still surprising to see so many body builders. As Martial Artists we don't want to bulk up like a body builder, but we can certainly look into the ways in which they build strength and size through a vegan diet.
